This dish consists of ravioli filled with ginger, English peas, and ricotta cheese and covered in a creamy tomato sauce flavored with Indian spices. Curry leaf pesto and parmesan cheese flawlessly blend Indian and Italian flavors once the dish is finished. Our fusion dishes, developed by our talented executive chef Shingara “Peppino” Singh, display the originality and ability that make eating at Da Vinci a unique experience.

Da Vinci benefits from the vast experience of Chef Peppino. His early years were spent in Hanover, Germany, where he was exposed to Italian cuisine by the family he shared a home with. He is originally from northern India. His culinary talent is visible in every meal, with each pasta and sauce cooked fresh in-house. The natural, fresh flavors of the ingredients are highlighted by the authentic preparation, making for an unmatched dining experience. We provide a carefully chosen wine list with options from both Italy and the US to go with the fusion cuisine, making it the ideal mealtime combo.
