Italian Fusion Flavors at Da Vinci Waltham
Da Vinci Waltham specializes in Italian fusion flavors by blending the classic dishes of Italy that we all love with international flavors. One of the best examples of this on our menu is our favorite Masala Ravioli. This beautiful Italian/Indian fusion dish is ravioli stuffed with ricotta cheese, English peas, and ginger coated in an Indian-flavored tomato creamy sauce. Finished with parmesan cheese and curry leaf pesto. This dish, along with many of our other fusion entrees, is carefully designed by our talented executive chef, Shingara “Peppino” Singh, 57, Originally from northern India, he grew up in Hanover, Germany, where he boarded with an Italian family and learned to cook. Chef Peppinos” culinary skill is on display with every meal at Da Vinci. Our food, including our pasta and sauces, are all house-made and the authentic preparation of each dish highlights its natural and fresh flavors. The result is truly a difference you can taste with each bite. Our wine list features selections from Italy and the United States that serve to complement the dishes on our menu, and we are always happy to accommodate any allergies or dietary restrictions.
